Requirements Definition: It all starts with iterative meetings with the customer and project stakeholders to understand the requirement, which follows with draft design presentation for mutual agreement.
System Design: Our dedicated design team creates the system vitually in 3D & simulates the operation.
Manufacturing and Procurement: As per the outputs of the design, Complete system is manufactured. In parallel, the sub-systems and equipments (e.g. Gear-motors, rectifiers, filterpumps etc.) are procured from our solution partners
Installation & Delivery: The errection of the complete system is done by our professionals which follows with the electro-mechanical delivery of the system. Upon request Bozkurt-PE team supports the customer during chemical set-up and production trials until steady state production runs.

Rack Plating Systems

Complete system is designed step by step around the "Plating Window" concept, which is defined according to the customer/'s product and capacity requirements. Optimum design and dimensioning is done according to forecasted mass production figures. Supported with Sub-systems and auxiliary equipments like rectifiers, filter-pumps, etc. supplied by reliable partners. Depending on the size and the requirements, a) Overhead, b) Side Arm c) Rim-Runner portal systems can be constructed.

Barrel Plating Systems

With its experience in various industrial fields, Bozkurt- PE can deliver fully autonomous barrel plating systems together wit its sub-systems, specifically designed according to the customer requirements. For post-plating processes like passivating, laquering etc., centrifuge technique can also be applied in cylindrical baskets for gentle treatment (Dip-Spin System)
